Summary: I "ve had lots of fun with this little plastic box.It has great natural colours which are so typical for Olympus cameras and I feel that for the money it is an excellent camera.I took more than 10 thousand photos with this little guy and it still works perfect.I use this camera as my spare one and always carry it in my car.It's a true workhorse and the images sometimes feel like they were shot with a SLR.
Oh,and it takes regular AA batteries. Strengths: Great colour reproduction,well focused pics in most instances,powerful flash and really easy to use the menu and the ergonomics of the buttons are very user friendly.
If you loose it you won't destroy your bank account. Weaknesses: slow writing time and shutter delay but that's normal for this small inexpensive camera other than that it is a superb machine
