Price Paid:  $20.00 from -----

Summary:

I bought this one at a PC store for $20 without a warranty since its second hand. The images are okay for a 640 x 480 camera. I like the fact that the pictures aren't grainy at all and captures a lot of detail since it uses a CMOS sensor (at 640 x 480), but it does produce blurry pictures under low light and at a close range. Anything taken under 2 feet comes blurry. The pictures at 320 x 240 are hardly "viewable". Upload time is quite fast. The software that comes with it lacks a video driver that it should have. All in all, its pretty good for a point and shoot camera.

Strengths:

-doesn't burn batteries -you can replace the batteries without erasing the pictures -small and light -4 MB memory which can take up to 60 pictures at 640 x 480

Weaknesses:

-needs LOTS of light -produces washed out pictures under low light with the flash -the flash is useless over 2 feet -doens't have a lens cover! -pictures at 320 x 240 are grainy and lack detail
