Price Paid:  $50.00 from Future Shop

Summary:

A fine beginners camera. Installation and use was easy. Picture quality was OK, 640X480 but light was sometimes a problem. The flash worked fine. The close up lens was clear. Have had no problems.

Strengths:

Great price. Ease of use.

Weaknesses:

Serial transfer slow. 2 meg card limit. Low light a problem.

Customer Service:

Good service with a live chat connection. I used it and it was very helpful

The title says it all. USB connection broke on first use, lens came un glued (glue!) and service is at best part time.....if you can ever reach anyone. Employees don't return calls even to marketing levels. Worst experience ever with any business (if you can call it that).

Strengths:

NONE

Weaknesses:

All

Is there anyone there?

Not bad to experiment with but the quality of the pictures are poor. I found the instructions that came with it were incorrect but after trying to figure it out for a couple days, I visited the manufacturing page and got the proper instrucitons. For the price it is not bad

Strengths:

None

Weaknesses:

Hard to understand instructions
