from Ritz Camrea Summary: This is the Sunpak PRO 523P tripod. This is a great product as it is carbon fiber and comes with a head. I needed a lighter tripod than my Bogen 3021 and decided to try this one. I have used it with a Canon 20D and a Sigma 50-500mm lens and it is very steady. Considering the weight of the Sigma, I am very impressed. It has a hook on the center column if you need to hang weight on it.
