Capture 3.5 is Good digital capture software which uses Nikon Browser for the default preview window. The setup is simple and doesn't take long to understand. It is a basic capture tool which includes an Adobe-like image editor which is perfect for shooting in the RAW mode. Strengths:
Easy to install and start using. Camera is sensed via USB or Firewire. Good image editing software with easy to understand layout. Weaknesses:
Most portrait photographers in studio that would use this software shoot vertical format most of the time. This software doesn't have a default 90 degree rotation feature which would allow you to instantly view the rotated image as it was captured. You have to manually rotate all the images you shot after they are captured. This is time consuming and annoying. I would be willing to pay more for the addition of this simple overlooked feature which is included in many other capture-type software titles. Similar Products Used:
